MFA1 – School of Music – Composition

This is an experiment in emotion and deconstructed sound. Using Bach as inspiration Yenju has composed a denatured understanding of the piece. Nikki accompanies her with sculptural and body articulation. This experiment aims to unwind the clock and classism. An improvisation and conversation between metallic and organic. Mobile sound structures become part of the composition. Sculptural pieces are meant to be investigated and played in this experiment and we welcome viewers to research vibration along these forms.
