DnL is an experimental electronic duo. They started to collaborate in 2021 when Luisa Pinzon and Drew Sense Weinstein started their MFA in Music Technology and Composition and Experimental Sound Practices (respectively) . The first performance of DnL was in the Halloween Party at CalArts the 19th of November of 2021.

The duo is currently working on a performance set that can be adjusted to last between 5 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes, considering all of the music is performed live. There is a session in Ableton Live where there are scenes of rhythm, samples and synthesizers that Luisa manipulates to give structure to the music set, it is divided mainly in 3 sections, where Drew improvises with distorted Guitar harmonies and melodies, that are based on a previous composition for every section, it involves pedal manipulation and looping while the clocks are synch’d.
