Antheizer is an audiovisual exhibition featuring Harvester Ants. Tiny piezo mics are placed inside of their nest and their foraging area. Those mics are going to pick up the small sounds they make while they are picking up the seeds and carrying them, cracking them open, or hunting down their prey along the way. These sounds goes into Max and generate sound design corresponding to their hard working. I hope this exhibition could open up a new aspect of your experience with ants.
