Follow your Light is a dance film adaptation of my feature length show, AIKY: Pathways to Light. The intention of the project is to highlight the deep connection between mind, breath and the body. Using movement as the medium to establish a connection to centers in the body known as chakras. Using sound, color, light and intention to direct focus to these centers, guided by the following concepts: The elements of nature and sound known as The Solfeggio frequencies.

The trajectory of the film aims to establish a sense of transcendence through the body as they move together.
